Matt Marvin –
Maple syrup is just a hobby for me. Each year I tap 10 trees and get 80-110 gal of sap. In the past it would take several weekends of boiling to reduce the sap into syrup. I used my RB-10 yesterday and was able to process 65 gal in one day due to the removal of free water. Taste is exactly the same. I use propane for boiling, so it is a huge savings of propane, but more importantly, time. Game changer for me in this fun hobby.
